Manually Adding Badges, Points, Prizes

Good evening. We’ve already started signing up people for our summer reading clubs. We have upgraded to the latest version of GRA too. I have some kids who accidentally registered for the Kids program instead of the Teen program, and they’ve already logged some minutes. I am able to manually change them to be part of the Teen club, however I do not see where I can manually give them the appropriate badges, and prizes like I could with the old version. Thanks for your time.

I’m so sorry about the late response on this, I totally missed this post.

If the badges are awarded via triggers, the participants should see those items awarded next time they log activity in the software (or you log activity for them). Are the missing issues configured as triggers?
