Before opening registration, I sent a test broadcast email to ensure our mail server was set up correctly. But now it’s sending to every new participant and I can’t delete the configured message. There aren’t any options to stop sending or delete the message. Help!
Ack. Apparently we didn’t figure in that people might want to put a test broadcast in and then remove it.
If you give us the ID to your broadcast (i.e. send us the URL to the broadcast edit page) we can write you a SQL query that will eliminate it.
We will implement the ability to do this in the software but 1 will be much faster.
You know me… If I don’t know what something does I just start messing with it!
