Application Error for all Reports, Stats


Hi, all the reporting and stats options come up with Application Error “There has been an application error.” The only one that doesn’t have an error is the At A Glance.

We’re running 3.1.0 (

Is it possible for you to look for log files on the hard drive as outlined in Helping Developers Troubleshoot the GRA? That might provide some insight into what’s causing this issue.


Ok I have the web log and the system log for the error, but other than “Subquery returned more than 1 value.” I’m not of much use reading the tea leaves.

I have someone who can look and possibly discern but he’s currently out of office. Can I send through the log for a glance over?
